Ananta Quest is Tata Steel’s pioneering industry-first initiative aimed at inducting bright PWDs from technology and management campuses across India into the expanding manufacturing sector. This case study competition provides students with a first-hand opportunity to gain insight into the opportunities Tata Steel offers to emerging talents throughout the country.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Ananta Quest is open to students pursuing MBA or B.Tech of any stream enrolled in Indian Institutes with full time courses approved by AICTE /UGC.
  • Ananta Quest offer students two tracks to choose – Business Track and Technical track.
  • Students in pre-pre-Final Year / pre-Final / Final year and Batch of 2023 of B.Tech/B.E./MBA are eligible to participate in the competition.
  • Participating team can have maximum of 2 members only.
  • A student can be part of only one team.
  • Each team has to select only one case on which they will provide the submission.
  • Cross specialization and cross year teams are allowed.

Guidelines/ Rules

  • Evaluation of the submission will be based on the parameters such as Introduction, Analysis of the problem statement, Solution & Benefit and Business Impact. The evaluations are confidential and at the discretion of the panel of judges. All decisions are final and binding and cannot be contested.
  • Only people with disabilities are eligible.
  • All candidates to provide Disability Certificate at the time of registration.
  • No submission will be entertained after the mentioned deadline.
  • The first name, last name and pronoun entered while registering with us should match with your AADHAAR card.

No, the institute will not be involved in the evaluation.

PWD Candidates as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, 2016 – Only such person are eligible who suffer from not less than 40% of the relevant disability and holds a disability certificate issued by a competent authority.

Reasonable accommodation requirement of the participants will be considered at the time of grand finale.

All candidates to provide Disability Certificate at the time of registration.

A participant can always request additional support or accommodations which are not specific in guidelines, but only reasonable requests may be taken care of.

The panel will consist of group of judges from diverse background and the judging will be done purely on merit basis to maintain the fairness of the competition.
